DON’T DO IT est une satire sociale percutante qui s’attaque avec humour et une bonne dose d’absurde à la devise « toujours plus vite, plus loin, plus fort ». DON'T DO IT se décline en deux formes, un happening et un spectacle en fixe.
Le happening : DON’T DO IT commence par un happening où un groupe de compétiteurs excentriques transforme l’espace public en terrain de jeu délirant. (1h30)
Le spectacle (Forme fixe) : Dans le spectacle, l’écriture scénique se distingue par une accumulation maîtrisée de personnages et d’éléments scénographiques, créant une montée en intensité à la fois visuelle et sonore. Les personnages apparaissent tour à tour, parfois de manière inattendue, surgissant même au milieu du public, brouillant et perturbant la perception traditionnelle du spectacle. (40 min)
DON’T DO IT is a sharp social satire that tackles the motto “faster, further, stronger” with humor and a healthy dose of absurdity. DON’T DO IT exists in two forms: a happening and a fixed-stage performance.
The Happening: DON’T DO IT begins with a happening, where a group of eccentric competitors transforms public space into a wild and surreal playground. (1h30)
The Show (Fixed Form): In this version, the stage writing is marked by a carefully crafted accumulation of characters and scenographic elements, creating a rising intensity that is both visual and sonic. Characters appear one after another, sometimes unexpectedly—even emerging in the middle of the audience—blurring and disrupting traditional perceptions of performance. (40 min)
