C’est l’histoire d’une femme, de celle qui avorte. C’est l’histoire de cette zone grise : être heureuse d’en avoir le droit mais triste d’en user. Comme une fenêtre qu’elle ouvre sur son intimité, Madame Red expose fièrement son intérieur à la vue de tous·tes : un intérieur chaleureux, confortable, rouge. L’antre du début et de la fin de cette histoire : un salon aux airs utérins. Madame Red rentre de voyage ; et dans sa valise-cœur, toutes celles et ceux qu’elle y a rencontré·e·s. Les personnages se succèdent comme la pluralité des voix qui tourbillonnent dans la tête de celle qui hésite. Et dans sa tête et autour, la musique résonne et ponctue son parcours. Ça parle de l’avortement ; ça parle pour en rigoler, l’exorciser et donner voix à ce qu’on a l’habitude de chuchoter : rendre « évènement » ce « non évènement ». UN SPECTACLE DANS LEQUEL LE CAFÉ EST DÉGUEULÉ !

This is the story of a woman — one who has an abortion. It is the story of that grey area: being glad to have the right to do it, yet sad to make use of it. Like a window she opens onto her private world, Madame Red proudly reveals her inner self for all to see: a warm, comfortable, red interior. The lair where this story begins and ends: a living room with a womb-like feel. Madame Red returns from a journey; and in her heart-shaped suitcase, all the people she met along the way. The characters come and go like the many voices swirling in the mind of the one who hesitates. And inside her head, and all around her, music echoes and punctuates her journey. It speaks about abortion; it speaks of it with humour, to exorcise it and to give voice to what is usually whispered — turning this "non-event" into an "event." A SHOW IN WHICH THE COFFEE IS THROWN UP!
