By road

From the north: Saint-Rémy – Mâcon – Lyon (A6) – N6. Follow signs for downtown Chalon.
From the south: Paris – Dijon (A6). Follow signs for downtown Chalon. 

By train

The Chalon-sur-Saône train station is located in the Saint Cosme neighborhood, a 12-minute walk from the CNAREP and a 19-minute walk from the Place des Publics in Georges Nouelle Park (7 Avenue Mathias, 71100 Chalon-sur-Saône)

Chalon-sur-Saône Train Station:

  • TGV connections to Paris (3 hours)
  • TER to Paris (4 hours)
  • Lyon (1 hour 30 minutes)

Le Creusot-Montchanin TGV Station:

  • TGV service to Paris (1 hour 30 minutes)
  • Lyon (40 min), then the Mobigo shuttle bus, line 702, for €2 (30 min).

NB Mobigo: Please note that Sunday shuttle service requires a reservation. Call 03 80 11 29 29 to make a reservation Monday through Friday before 5:00 p.m., except on holidays (For Sundays and Mondays, reservations must be made by Friday at the latest).
