Painting, collage, crafts, DIY projects, and a great atmosphere await you as you join Le Galpon in creating decorative elements for the festival’s main venues (Place des Publics and Cour du festival). We look forward to seeing you—whether you come with family, friends, or on your own!
Volunteering during the festival
Would you like to experience the festival from the inside and get involved during the event?
For each edition, we actively seek volunteers to assist the festival team in welcoming the public, artists, and industry professionals.
Available positions
- Set design (set-up and takedown)
Front Desk You will be in direct contact with audience members, welcoming them, providing information, and assisting them.- Welcome to the
Professionals’ Area In the Professionals’ Area and during professional meetings, you will serve as the link between the festival and street arts professionals (programmers, companies).
Box Office and Usher Service: Working in pairs, you will greet audiences at the performance venues.
Accessibility Assistance You will assist, advise, and guide visitors with disabilities at the Place des Publics.- Prevention and Awareness of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV)
On-the-ground presence with preventive and supportive communication regarding SGBV. Note: It is necessary to feel comfortable discussing these issues and to be aware of them. - Catering – Meals for Artists and Crew
Help prepare and serve meals for artists, volunteers, and crew members alongside the professional catering team. - Participation in an artistic project - Depending on the companies' needs, you can join a production as a character, supporting actor, or extra.
Shifts last an average of 4 to 5 hours a day, so you can enjoy the festival. For each day of volunteering, you’ll receive a meal from the catering service and a drink.
Note: Proof of personal liability insurance is required.
