Two musicians arrive for a flawless concert: confident flair, total mastery, and undeniable elegance. But behind their self-assurance, the dam breaks. The music comes down from its pedestal, and everything spills over. Through their clumsy attempts to be “proper,” these two women reveal what we all keep silent: our excesses. They fall, get back up, explode, catch themselves—together. They show us that we can lose control, scream, cry, laugh—and that it feels incredibly good. They refuse to be well-behaved; they refuse to be pigeonholed. They challenge norms and polite femininity, preferring power, vulnerability, and solidarity. They love each other badly, they love each other fiercely, they put up with each other, they carry each other—just like we do in our battered lives. A musical, clownish, visceral, and exhilarating theatrical experience, where virtuosity serves excess. Everything becomes possible in a collective liberation.
