In an imaginary museum, surrounded by clay and suspended forms, two dancers from the Porte-Avions collective reinterpret representations of male colossi, marked by heroic and virile archetypes. Metamorphosis lies at the heart of their artistic vision; they shift from the static to the living to embody a multifaceted and contrasting power. With humor and energy, the duo breaks free from inherited postures. Between the poses of strongmen and the figures of queens, hip-hop and contemporary dance, they reinterpret these traditional figures, dust off imposed forms, and glide between tension and fluidity, inventing new ways of telling their stories.
