A street acrobatics duo where the men are like birds on a branch. A passerby stumbles upon a café table under a pergola. Dans l’Ombre des Oiseaux has everything it needs to be an idyllic spot. Except maybe a glass of water. But as in all stories of paradise, there is an Other. Nothing serious, but everything we thought was ours to keep becomes something to share. And there, with no shadow to hide in, everything is laid bare—from physical differences to character traits. Do you think a parasol would be enough? Plant one in paradise and everything starts swaying up to 7 meters high. Reality capsizes, and the two men on board cling to each other to stay upright.

An acrobatic duo where men are like birds perched on a branch. A passerby stumbles upon a small café table beneath a pergola. "Dans l'Ombre des Oiseaux," everything is there to make it an idyllic place. Perhaps only a glass of water is missing. But as in every story of paradise, there is an Other. Nothing dramatic, but suddenly everything you thought was yours alone must be shared. And there, with no shadow left to hide in, everything becomes visible: from physical differences to the subtleties of character. You might think a simple parasol would solve it. Plant one in paradise, and the whole world begins to sway, tilting and rocking up to seven meters in the air. Reality capsizes, and the two men aboard cling to one another just to stay upright.
