When the image breaks free from the body, what remains of reality? HELDA is a choreographic work that blends dance, music, and video projection to explore the relationship between the body and its double. Through an exploration of shadow, light, and visual illusions, the audience’s frame of reference shifts. The body becomes, in turn, matter, silhouette, and apparition, in constant dialogue with the projected image. The performance plays with perception and the limits of the visible, creating a shifting universe where reality becomes blurred. A nocturnal work designed for public spaces, where video mapping and video adapt to each location to reveal a new interpretation.
