La Société des Belles Personnes invites the audience into the heart of a vibrant, almost euphoric celebration, where the collective intensity carries the bodies along, transcending our fragilities and flaws. This production explores our relationship with dance and celebration today. Why do we dance less? What social constraints prevent us from being fully ourselves? By amplifying traits and reality, the audience experiences a real transformation over the course of an evening. Led by a company of young artists, La Société des Belles Personnes champions a dance that is embodied and deeply human. Set to the live music of PËNDÄMØNIUM, this production is an invitation to come together—beyond class, gender, and background—to celebrate the beauty of being together. Here, dance becomes a social and liberating act, a call to let go of conventions and join the celebration.
