This is the story of a woman—a woman who has an abortion. It is the story of that gray area: being happy to have the right but sad to exercise it. Like a window she opens onto her private world, Madame Red proudly displays her inner self for all to see: a warm, comfortable, red interior. The setting for the beginning and end of this story: a living room with a womb-like atmosphere. Madame Red returns from a trip; and in her heart-shaped suitcase, all those she met there. The characters follow one another like the multitude of voices swirling in the mind of the one who hesitates. And in her mind and all around her, music resonates and punctuates her journey. It’s about abortion; it speaks of it to laugh it off, exorcise it, and give voice to what we’re used to whispering: turning this “non-event” into an “event.” A SHOW WHERE COFFEE IS THROWN UP!
Warning: This performance may be disturbing to some viewers.

The characters come and go like the many voices swirling in the mind of the one who hesitates. And inside her head, and all around her, music echoes and punctuates her journey. It speaks about abortion; it speaks of it with humor, to exorcise it and to give voice to what is usually whispered—turning this “non-event” into an “event.” A SHOW IN WHICH THE COFFEE IS THROWN UP!
