Today, I sculpt space and time, exploring the relativity of risk: what seems perilous becomes a realm of subtle perception and dialogue with the void. Conceived as a 360° experience, the piece seeks to reveal the depth of gravity while unfolding a unique poetry. An acrobat moves across a seven-meter wind turbine, a sort of reinvented wheel of death. She oscillates between the aerial and the terrestrial, creating dramatic tension. The live music oscillates between three worlds: the atmospheric sounds of Blade Runner, a piano in the vein of Ryuichi Sakamoto’s compositions, and deeply expressive, earth-bound percussion. Beyond the Horizon is a vibrant piece that cultivates the pure pleasure of movement and sound.
Today, I sculpt space and time, exploring the relativity of risk: what appears hazardous becomes a realm of precise perception and dialogue with the void. Conceived as a 360° experience, the performance seeks to reveal the depth of gravity while unfolding a unique gravity. An acrobat performs on a 7-meter-high wind turbine, almost like a reinvented wheel of death. It oscillates between the aerial and the terrestrial, creating dramatic tension. The live music navigates between three worlds: the atmospheric sounds of Blade Runner, a piano in the vein of Ryuichi Sakamoto, and deeply expressive, earth-bound percussion. "Beyond the Horizon" is a vibrant creation that nurtures the pure pleasure of movement and sound.
