Is the human world, it seems, heading for ruin? Four apparitions, emerging straight from a cloud of blue smoke, take on human form. They take this risk in an attempt to save the world. Happy to be here, they are astonished by imaginations that can no longer dream. With radical tenderness, they question the fictions to which humans cling—the very ones that have shaped them. Their method: performing ritual acts. It’s a bit like theater, if you will, but with magic.
