A fallen king, a precious, ramshackle, disjointed tramp. A Buster Keaton of the dance floor. Conductor, comical ringmaster, architect of chaos. The band plays, the music takes hold of him, he takes over the space, unfurls his caution tape, marks out his palace, demarcates, entangles. The audience becomes his subjects; he invites them into his gentle madness to let loose and dance! For this new year, the group has polished its new show, “His Majesty!”, the story of a fallen king, a precious, ramshackle tramp who sets out to win back his subjects (played by the audience). The show is partly improvised with the audience and partly scripted in conjunction with the song being played. KDBB is as much a performance as it is a concert, with the audience playing an active role.

A fallen king, a precious vagabond, unhinged, disjointed. A Buster Keaton of the dance floor. Conductor, whimsical hype man, architect of disorder. The band plays. The music takes hold of him. He takes over the space, unrolls his tape, maps out his palace, marks it, tangles it. The crowd becomes his subjects. He invites them into his gentle madness, to let go, and dance. For this new year, the group has devised a brand-new show, "His Majesty!", the story of a fallen king, a precious, unhinged vagabond setting out to win back his subjects (embodied by the audience). The performance is partly improvised with the crowd and partly pre-written in connection with the music being played. KDBB is as much a theatrical spectacle as it is a concert where the audience becomes an essential part of the experience.
