SITU is a space where six female circus artists perform on stage to explore the concept of positioning and examine it from different angles: a broad social perspective, that of a group, or even our own intimate perception of ourselves. Acrobatic lifts are their common ground—the foundation around which they have woven their experiences to express themselves through their bodies, rhythms, and emotions. It is the shared language they have chosen. With SITU, Ino Kollektiv also playsfully reflects on the conventions of live performance, particularly the relationship with the audience, which the artists seek to incorporate into their inquiries.
"SITU" is a space where six female circus artists perform on stage, shedding light on explorations of positioning—viewed from multiple angles: a broad social perspective, within a group, or through the intimate lens of the self. Hand-to-hand is their point of connection—the anchor around which they weave their experiences, expressing themselves through bodies, rhythms, and emotions. It is their chosen shared language. With "SITU," Ino Kollektiv also plays with the conventions of live performance, particularly the relationship with the audience, whom the artists seek to involve in their reflections.
